“This place is unique! Definitely geared to those who want to immerse themselves in medieval play with closets and trunks full of costumes. I loved looking at all the furnishings and decor. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of meal prep accessories. The area is so beautiful. We drove into Port Angeles and I just loved the entire area, my first time in the Olympic peninsula. I highly recommend this trip. John Wayne has a marina in Sequim with a top notch restaurant there. Great trip all around!”

“We booked this castle for my husband’s 30th birthday with a RuneScape theme, and overall had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive, and the property created a fun atmosphere for the celebration. We would definitely recommend it for a unique and luxurious stay. Check-in and checkout were also very simple. There were a few minor issues—some bugs in the kitchen/living area, costumes with noticeable odors or stains that we didn’t end up using, and a few electronics (like the TV remote) that...

“The property was beautiful and loaded with amenities! It just wasn’t super clean, I kept randomly finding things throughout my stay that were progressively more dirty. The soles of my feet were completely black at the end of my stay despite not going outside. I found dirty dishes in the cabinet, spiderwebs strung through almost every set of blinds, random clumps of hair, and even a toenail on the cover for the pullout bed.”
