“+ The area was great, we walked to the different sights every day. Everything was within walking distance. When we got to the room there were hairs in the bed. Not nice! We contacted the host and got new sheets the next day. It went smoothly! The bathroom was fresh and nice. There was plenty of toilet paper, hairdryer, cotton pads, towels and soap. The air conditioning was great. Good with washing facilities for clothes. Convenient with its own fridge and sink with washing-up...

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

“I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!”

“We had a beautiful room which was extremely peaceful and quiet. It was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and admiring the view of the harbor when it was rainy one morning. There were lots of choices for sitting out on the pier as well. The owners were very proactive in providing details about the inn and parking prior to our arrival. We loved our experience and will be back for sure.”

“DON'T BOOK! The hotel was fake- address in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and disconnected phone number. It is just a test hotel. I was promised a refund by Expedia, still waiting. Also promised a reimbursement for the alternative reservations I had to make, still waiting on the email to get that started as well. We will see if Expedia comes through or not.”
