Motell i Waller

“This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional.”

“Room was quiet. The place is in desperate need of new furniture and linens. Staff was nice. No coffee or breakfast. Not in great part of town. I was glad I was not alone. Would not stay there again.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. He really seems to care and I appreciated him. The property is older so it has some wear but there was no trash and seemed to be kept clean. The room itself was a good size with a mini couch. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and would constantly roll open no matter how many times we closed them. We could hear our next door neighbors coming in/out their door but surprisingly the place was pretty quiet. The beds are firm and...

“They had exposed wires around the room. Roaches crawled along the floor throughout our stay. They refuse to give a refund for anything. They wouldn’t even give extra blankets or TOWELS! Do not stay here”

“The room was clean, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Approximately one hour before the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, I called the front office to request a late checkout. I was specifically told that extending my checkout until 12:00 p.m. would not be a problem. However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received...

“My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick.”

“Staff was very nice, the room was clean and the price was somewhat reasonable.”

“Good centralized motel from town. Room does what it’s supposed to do.”
