“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

“The apartment is modern, clean and well fitted out. Handy access to the city with regular bus service and local convenience shops. Good communication with the owners regarding access we would definitely like to return.”

“These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. We loved the safety and security provided on and in the properties. We have already decided that we would definitely choose this property or one of their (Kennet)...

“A wonderful place to stay! Everything was very nice and was also as depicted. It also was a great location; there are many restaurants, stores, etc. close by and easy access to transportation for our many sojourns into Oxford. We had a very warm and accommodating welcome from the host who explained everything really well - we loved our time here. ”

“I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. “Vi trivdes mycket bra i Studio Iris på Folly bridge. Det ligger centralt i Oxford, vi bodde på översta våningen, med en vacker utsikt över Themsen/Isis och den lilla trädgården. Rummet var inte stort, men fräscht och praktiskt inrett med bra garderober och en kokvrå som var lätt att använda. “It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. “Very comfortable apartment with almost everything you need. Waitrose almost opossite and high street nearby. Easy to go to train station. There are 3 things we found missing: mirror in the bathroom, entrance door mat and hook for jackets at the entrance.”
