“This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with. We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix. The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean.”

“Entire floor throughout apartment was sandy/dirty. Made it very uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I understand if there was a bit of sand from the beach, but it was as if nobody had swept or vacuumed the floor. Location was great which is why it gets 3 stars”

“Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar.”

“After a shocking check in experience we enjoyed our stay. The microwave was broken and the agent was very prompt in rectifying the issue. We would certainly stay here again provided we could make sure we won't have the same check-in issue.”

“Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. We also found alot of local takeaways were closed early in the week - we got caught out with this so plan ahead! The house has so many...
