1. Modern Escape, with a pet and family friendly home that feels like a home.

Pattison

“I booked our stay at this property 1 week prior to check in. Shortly after I booked this property, I received an email from VRBO that my reservation was confirmed. While driving to the property on check in day we were 30 minutes from arriving at the property when I contacted the owner for check in procedures. I told the owner I was the person who booked the property for the weekend. The owner sounded confused and told me to hold on and hung up on me. Five minutes later I received a full refund...

10. Best Value -3 BR Home by Premier Host- Heart of Katy

“I never write negative reviews but this Rental deserves one. First impression pulling in driveway was bad. Grass was a foot high and front door was filthy. Inside 3/4 of window blinds didn’t work. Kitchen counters were Granite looking wallpaper over plywood and there were multiple rips and tears. Shower head was rusted ( we didn’t use ).Both couches seat cushions were worn with no seating support. While sitting you sunk down 6”.And in our two nights there we saw 5 roaches and a spider. Only...

18. Private suite with attached bath in great neighborhood in SugarLand

Greatwood

“Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. Bookings like this remind me that...

“The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal.”
