“Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. “Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided! ”

“Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! ”

“The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was one of the best parts! I have young children and the walk was much shorter than many beach houses that claim close beach access in their listings. This stretch of the beach is a little south of the busier part of town. “Such a cute place to stay for a party of two. Very quaint and great location. ”

“The craftsmanship of this home was great. Close walk to almost private beach. Centrally located to many places. Clean, nice deck, hot tub, welcoming gifts, Stars galore at night, Stocked fireplace. Stocked kitchen and some pantry items. Definitely recommend! ”

“Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.”
