“This was a great place to be based for a few days. Communication was so great with the host. The kitchenette is what you need, the appliances were on the small side so plan meals around this. It was warm, clean and a lovely home to come back to at the end of the day.”

“Just to step into our accommodation with the heat pump going was awesome! So lovely and warm with a cold day outside! Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Proximity to St Clare and the beach, cafes and restaurant just a short walk away was really the icing on the cake! Although all the TV channels was a winner as well. Great communication with Simon the host! Would recommend this place to everyone!”

“A good, well-presented and comfortable property, in a handy location. Met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay in Dunedin.”

“Good staff easy to communicate ”

“Overall the house was great and would recommend ”

“Beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean and well appointed. Bed was awesome (for those liking a firm mattress!) “Lovely home, spacious clean and great location. Very lovely host that managed to meet at the property when we locked ourselves out!”

The kitchen was under-equipped, which made cooking and meal prep a challenge. There were also no clear instructions for using the heaters, showers, lighting, or cooktop, which caused some frustration. The...

“Fantastic place. Extra blankets would be nice as it was a very cold night. Otherwise loved it”

“We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin.”
