"Property was under renovations flooring was new but installed incorrectly, windows painted over, headboards missing, room was dirty, window sill covered in bugs, smoke detector wires sticking out of wall no detector in place, no tv remote but didn’t have any cable or antenna hooked to tv anyway, ..."
