“Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets Cleaning supplies where sufficient but was missing a dust pan.”

“The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch.”

“We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.”

“Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.”

“Issues: No bedding supplied for the pull out. Eventually partially supplied and then asked to check the dryer for it. The TV remote did not work, which you need to use the fire stick so no TV. There’s a coffee maker but no mugs. The light over the kitchenette area didn’t work. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Initially good response from the host then nothing. Left a day early. When we informed the host we were leaving she then said she would move us to another unit but didn’t offer until...

“La réservation a été facile est le processus pour avoir de l’information était parfait! Dans l’ensemble c’est bien ! Et propre ! Paraît beaucoup plus grand sur les photos mais pas exactement pareil pour le salon avec le foyer qui n’y est plus. La cuisine aurait besoin de quelques ajustements, portes qui grichent et mal ajustées ! Il manque également de surface dans les 2 salles de bain pour y déposer nos affaires ! L’emplacement est super à 2 minutes de Blue Mountain ! Dans l’ensemble un beau...
