Great location & excellent communication

So much space and perfect location for a few days exploring Washington DC. Payam was extremely responsive- we didn’t have any issues but I know I would have received an immediate response if we had. The only caution was that the middle bedroom upstairs does not have an AC vent and was very warm when we first arrived- but it cooled off that first night and was ok after that. The other two bedroom were great- one has AC vents that keep it (and downstairs) very cool. The other has a window unit that works well. Location was great for us- sometimes we took metro to sites- sometimes walked. Grocery store is really close.

Property was great...great location, clean and spacious. Shower in the primary bath is a little funky but did not diminish from our overall experience.

Fabulous Location, Rare Protected Parking!

The little Persian Castle is located in the Shaw/Howard neighborhood in DC. Couple of blocks from Shaw/Howard Shaw metro station, Giant grocery store a block away, Compass Coffee house a half block away, and many bar & restaurants within walking distance of the little Persian castle! Fabulous location !The 1st floor of little Persian castle is welcoming and provides lovely gathering space to cook, eat, or stream your favorite shows. Bette yet, 1st floor has a powder room - which is a rare amenity in old brownstone like little Persian castle! Believe me, after walking your feet and legs off touring the mall or Smithsonian museums,and you have a urgent need for a bathroom when you return to little Persian castle, a 1st floor powder room is greatly appreciated!Parking in DC is challenging to find and even more importantly having secure gated private parking is super rare in DC. The little Persian castle has a large enough parking area with rolling gate to accommodate a a double cab truck! Luxury for a traveler who need’s parking space! We drove to DC from DFW in Texas. So we needed secure parking. Last our host was responsive and informative. What a luxury - staying in a great neighborhood that is walkable and alive with culture and fun!

Family Fun in Washington DC

Great property in a great location. Lots to do in the neighborhood, and all within close proximity of the monuments. Clean house with a huge downstairs. Rain showers are a nice touch in both bathrooms. Gated parking area in the back off an alleyway is awesome, no need to worry about parking. Would definitely stay again.
