Nice but not again

The property was nice and communication with host was good. We did not enjoy the Whost aspect. So much paperwork and guest info required. Extra hoops for everything. Early check in was granted but not followed thru on as keys were kept in a locked box until normal checkin time. Parking access was also unique. While there is a permit on site, it is locked away until you pay an additional fee. The lock box was malfunctioning frustrating.
