We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartments at this address. It may be possible that the photos are not an exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However, the size, area, facilities, and amenities of all apartments are the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.

"We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after guest's departure.

A refundable security deposit of up to $500 might be asked upon booking. The property host will contact you directly.

Please do not go to the leasing office, instead, directly call the customer hotline number for any concerns.

Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 14 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 14 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

A 3.5% Card Fee will be collected however other payment options are available to avoid this fee - please contact host directly.

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you pay via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App we will give you a discount.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean and was as advertised. There are many restaurants in a great coffee shop within walking distance. All of the DC museums and monuments are a quick train or Uber ride away.

Communication Is the Key to A Successful Weekend Trip. Great Apartment, large clean space in a nice building and great location! I would stay here again and recommend the location for business or families. You can use Uber or the train to get anywhere in the DC Metro Area. Excellent Restaurants, coffee shops and chain eateries within walking distance of the main doors to the Quimby Building!

Great location

We chose this site because of the location. My son lives in an apartment ten minutes away and it is close to the Metro. Overall, the apartment was clean, but some of the dishes could have used a dishwasher cycle. Also, the vents were not open enough to make the AC effective. My husband had to pry them open. A box of Kleenex and some coffee would have been nice in this "fully furnished" apartment. Grab bars would have made entry and exit of the showers less risky for old people.

Very disappointed

The photos were not of the apartment in which we stayed. Appliances were dirty/greasy, carpets were raggedy, very dirty and stained, walls were scuffed and written on, place smelled like musty animals. Management was responsive and said they were going to send a cleaning crew, but for some reason did not.

Chrystal City apartment

This was a nice, roomy apartment centrally located to restaurants, shops and the Metro. There were issues with the internet the first day or so but then was fine. I would recommend this for families with older children.

Good apartment in great location

The apartment had enough space for our family of 4 & location was perfect for us. Close to several restaurants & shops & just a block from the Metro station for easy access to DC. Apartment is a bit dated & kitchen is minimally stocked, but overall the unit met our needs.

Great location!!

Not only is this a beautiful property, it is in an ideal location. You are steps from the Crystal City underground (which has the Metro so you can go anywhere easily). You can’t beat this location!!! Also, very comfortable for 4-5 people to sleep in this property (1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, nice futon coach in living room).

The television. No cable or dish service just aps. No local news to watch, no sports. Only aps if you happened to know all your codes. The kitchen. I've never been in a VRBO rental with less in the kitchen. No condiments, no ingredients. Four wine glasses, six drink glasses. Nothing in the refrigerator.. And, this is big, no coffee! The bedroom. Our sheets didn't fit, were old, and came off the mattress in the middle of the night. The interior. Just as it looks on the VRBO site, but not shown are the marked walls, the stained carpet, the dented dining table. Two reasons I gave this property three stars: 1) security desk in the lobby and doors locked. 2) great location.
