“This property was perfect for our family. We had two littles and 6 adults. The grounds were amazing for the kids to run around on, the game room and children’s bedroom were endlessly entertaining, and the kitchen and dining area were perfect to cook and enjoy our meals. “Our family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, clean, peaceful Hoyt House. There was plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out. The daffodils were beginning to bloom and there is the sight and sound of a running stream behind the home. We were close to fun things to explore like the Audubon, covered bridge, and Kent waterfalls. Great bakery, restaurants, grocery a short drive away. “The house and hosts are absolutely incredible! Perfect for large groups or families. The basement adds a massive extra space for hangouts / activities / games without disrupting anyone asleep. House has everything you could want in a lake rental. The private lake area is great being in a cove, only downside of this property is the walk from the house to the steep steps going down to the water which would be tough for olde generations. ”
