I made a last min request via email past midnight and wasn't expecting the staff to check the mail in time since I'm checking in on the same day, few hours later but they did, very much appreciated. Very good service, clean rooms, living up to the Hilton standard. ”

“We liked staying at this hotel. It wasn't to far to the shopping area and they had a shuttle bus that would take us. One thing I loved was the help I got from the staff especially from a woman working there.the airline lost my luggage when I arrived at sabah airport. I got it back my last day. She did everything she could to help me get my lost baggage back from the airport and even told one of the boys from the reception to drive us 2 the airport so we would get it back. Just want to send love...
