“The check in staff was good. Our room smelled odd after entering. The toilet wouldn’t flush. When my husband went to front desk he was handed a plunger and gloves! That didn’t work so after going back to the front desk we were given another room and told that someone flushed a rubber duck. In the new room that was right next to the dinging elevator when I went to use plastic cup for water it had used toothbrush head in it! We will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again!”

“Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. “This Days Inn by Wyndham is absolutely beautiful. The bathroom is large and the shower is amazing, especially for good health. The beds were comfortable and all the linens clean and fresh. The morning breakfast was nice, the coffee and fresh water 💧 dispenser were convenient. Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay.”

“When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking.”

“The room was small and TV didn't work properly. The only place to eat was the sports bar ( expensive and noy that great ) $ 189.00 compared to $120.00 at Hampton Inn and much nicer room.”

“Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms and facility were clean. Pool was great. Location is by hospitals which would be perfect if one had a loved one there. A bit far from the Zoo, etc, but not bad. Too bad restaurant next to it is closed.”

“We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.”

“Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

“Picked this hotel because the pool looked fun to give my daughter something to do. The first night was hard to enjoy the pool because they were a bunch of rowdy boys there that were too rough for smaller kids to play. The hot tub was nice. I wish the pool was a foot deeper. But it was fun none the less. The floors around the pool area need to be cleaned. The room itself was ok, but they could use a remodel, and a good cleaning.
