âThe apartment had that amazing home feeling to it and the size and how comfortable the bed was phenomenal. I have never slept so good! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Also communication from the property managers was really good, they checked on us to make sure we arrived safe and sound, they made sure throughout our time staying that we were okay and didnât need anything. And then after we had left they were still super polite and caring. My husband and I will be returning! â

âThe salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view!
The facility is very family-friendly!
Only thing we didnât like, was someone was smoking above us and the cigarette butt was thrown down to our balcony!

âProperty was beautiful. Staff were excellent and we were very happy with the service and location . The only thing I didnât like was the 3pm check in.
It wasnât ideal especially arriving on the Gold Coast at 7.30am, it was a long wait

"Good location near the beach and a nice pool area. Helpful staff. Otherwise the hotel did not meet our expectations, it is older and worn, maximum three stars and it is very expensive in relation to the standard. Expensive breakfast. We will not return."

"Poor and very slow breakfast. Ran out of ingredients every day on the short menu they had for breakfast. The buffet was so poor, hardly anything to chose from, and several canned fruits in stead of fresh fruit. You had to pay extra for barista coffee. Donât take valet parking, there is no one there to help you with the car. Garage works fine though. Pool area without any serving of food or drinks. Rooms ok but very sterile and windows very dirty. Would not go back or recommend. "
