“he neighborhood was perfect—very quiet in the evenings, with lots of people out walking, which made it feel very safe. The house itself was extremely spacious and worked well for our group. While the home was generally clean and definitely cleaner than some places we’ve stayed before, it could have used a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning. One thing I did notice, which I’ve also experienced at other places we’ve stayed, was that all of the windows were unlocked when we arrived....

"They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
