“The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,...

“The house was very clean and tidy. The check-in was seamless. We attended our son’s wedding in a nearby town. It was nice to venture out to some local establishments before leaving. It was really nice to be able drink our coffee in the morning watching the wildlife outside the patio window (chipmunks playing & a small deer grazing in early mornings). The area was quiet and relaxing. This location was perfect for privacy/seclusion. We were extremely happy and hope to return someday.”

“This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. One bedroom has a king and queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. It is a great neighborhood, about a 15 min. walk to all the great shopping and...

“This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade....
