Hotell nära Wayne P.A.L. Hall

“Not got at all. The staff was not really helpful. They gave a man the keys to our room, wrong room number so they came in to our room in the middle of the night. Not fun at all Terrifying”

“Clean sheets I really appreciated. The room was fairly clean, minus the disgusting stains on the wall. Unfortunately, no breakfast is included.”

“Place was nice and clean. Checking in wasn’t the easiest experience. No unloading area and if you need a bell cart you will struggle to get the tiny doorway. No microwave in the room nor does the hotel have an iron or washer and dryer. 6/10 for my specific situation. Might work for others who are traveling light.”

“Everything was ok, except for the unbearable noise of the air conditioning, which would turn on every two hours and last for 6 to 8 minutes. It was very annoying and unbearable.”

“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“Rymligt och rent rum. Mycket trevlig restaurang med god mat.”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...

“Marcel at the front desk was amazing 👏 very professional Marie Housekeeper very pleasant and great personality . Meet Donna on check out at the front desk very nice. Great team.”
