“The pictures online are lies. Even staying one night, it was not good. The corners of the floors were dirty. The one of two beds in our room was not stable. I leaned on it to put on shoes and the whole bed slide and I nearly fell. The hallways smells extremely bad of cigarettes and wet mold. If I had a way to get out of staying there I would have. The staff was very kind and friendly but the place is trash. Simple cleanliness was not adhered too. The only reason I slept on the bed was because it...

“Not got at all. The staff was not really helpful. They gave a man the keys to our room, wrong room number so they came in to our room in the middle of the night. Not fun at all Terrifying”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”

“I'm disappointed because I forgot my rosary and prayer book when I returned early this morning. I've been trying to call, but I can't reach customer service, and the lines connect to different locations. The manager said to throw them away, but I had placed them under my pillow. Also, the microwave smells like it's burning because it's rusted inside.”

“Bathroom was clean but toilet did not flush well. Beds were comfortable and clean but carpeting was dirty, sheets and duvet had holes in them, all in all the place needed to be more carefully cleaned!!! On the highway 46, trees and brush needs to be cut down so the entrance is visible. If you miss the entrance, there is a LONG way to go to try to get back to hotel. Towels were clean but frayed and very used. Outside of hotel just needs to be cleaned well. No trash around but not well cleaned....
