Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites
Didnt want to stay after chatting with front desk staff,very rude,wouldnt message to confirm handicap room and wouldn't answer hotel.com questions either,totally ignored us,then they refused to refund our money,and we cancelled a week ahead

Stonebrook Lodge Cherokee
Not at all, the breakfast menu was horrible, No hot food, no bacon ham eggs no juices. any fruits Coffee broiled many hours ago, can’t drink I never seen hotel breakfast menu like this.
