You are less than 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and under 20 minutes to the ski slopes and downtown Maggie Valley. Close to virtually everything.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.
