Whether you're enjoying the gorgeous year-round mountain views of Little Bald Knob & Cataloochee Divide from the brand new, large deck or snuggling up by the fire, you'll find this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

The living room is designed to capture the stunning surroundings, with 9-foot ceilings, full-height windows, and transoms that flood the space with natural light. It's ideal for both entertaining and quiet relaxation, complete with a large flat-screen TV for movie nights. The kitchen, featuring brand new quartz countertops and all-new appliances, is well-equipped for preparing meals, and the adjacent dining area offers luxurious and comfortable seating.

The home is thoughtfully laid out for privacy and comfort, making it an excellent choice for couples or families. The primary bedroom on the main level features a king-size bed, premium bedding, a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a Jacuzzi tub. On the upper level, you'll find a second bedroom with a queen bed. Whether you’re into white water rafting, horseback riding, elk watching at Cataloochee, or simply exploring the local shops and breweries, there’s something for everyone.
