Basics of working in service is to say hello to guests entering the reception srea. That does not always happen at Arcotel. So simple but still very important. If you would have been occupied with a customer so off course no worries. But that was not the case. It was like I did not even exist...Not so professional. A simple hello or st least look up so I can say hello myself.
