High tide is fantastic for swimming and kayaking, and when the tide gets low enough, walk around the island to discover all of the crabs, oysters, dunes, and hiking that the island is known for.

After a day exploring, return to this gorgeous property and enjoy a world of peacefulness, privacy, charm, and elegance in this completely renovated, updated, and much loved vacation home. The exterior features beautiful mature plantings reminiscent of a Monet painting, a deck with lovely outdoor furniture and a propane grill, a stone patio with a fire pit, and path to an enclosed outdoor shower with a dressing room and sink. The interior of the home was recently renovated with incredible care and attention to detail. Inside you will find an open and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with gleaming hardwood floors, comfortable sofa seating around a large flat screen smart TV, high ceilings, walls of glass windows, granite countertops including an island, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, elegant cabinetry, and a breakfast bar.



The three bedrooms sleep six guests very comfortably, including the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite full bathroom, and slider access to the backyard area, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds, along with another full bathroom. The central A/C and mini-splits cover every room in the house, so you and your guests will remain cool and comfortable during those hot summer days and nights. Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a smart lock for self check-in and easy access throughout your stay, and sheets and bath towels will be provided to all guests with beds made upon your arrival.
