“Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

“Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”

“From the communications with the host before the stay to the stay itself to check out, this was an amazing trip. We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right...

"We had booked a standard room that turned out to be horrible with a motel vibe next to the parking lot, poor service and the large swimming pool was closed. As we had travelled with our baby and didn’t want to find a new hotel we decided to do an upgrade on the room, that was expensive (but plus for giving us a better price than online and helping out) but a completely different experience with nice view and amazing room and suddenly the service got much better. If you stay, don’t book a standard room or plan to not spend time in the room "
