“Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous!”

“The property was just right for my needs. Clean and well maintained, and Erik was very responsive. Everything I could have needed for the week was provided, and the cookies were a sweet touch. The location is close to Old Town and plenty of dining options. If you're driving anything larger than a mid size sedan, I'd recommend parking out front instead of in the assigned spot.”

“Great location, close to Old Town FOCO. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure! Smart TVs throughout. Kitchen well equipped and we appreciated having a teapot available!Property could use a little TLC; blinds throughout the house didn’t work great, a couple of them really not functional unless you just opened them fully (not desirable). Let the property manager know that the front porch light was burned out the first day but it was not fixed during our stay. Barking dog next...
