“This is the 2nd time I stay at this hotel. Rooms are great, clean and with such a beautiful view. Food is excellent and the beach has a really big reef to snorkel and enjoy all day. I will keep coming back!”

“Large lovely room and deck. Beautiful view. Attentive hosts. Quiet at night. Very relaxing!”

“Quiet and in the middle of West Bay and West End. Can walk to West End (10 min on the beach and 10 min inland). The food is great at the cafe and restaurant. The beach is nicer by West Bay though, which is $5 water taxi/pp/each way.”

“We ended up being disappointed by the „resort“. First and foremost, customer attention is extremely poor. There was no reception and we had to ask for everything via WhatsApp. It felt like we had to beg for many things, we had to write every day that we want our room cleaned and towels changed, or else they would not do it. We also had to ask for beach towels as they were not provided. The wifi was not working well in the room and the AC was making heavy noises and was dripping. They claim that...

“The best hotel in the area I highly recommend”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. The property is beautiful and is waterfront. Pool and facilities were lovely. Our room was amazing, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely and well stocked. Staff was great. Easy walk to shops.”

“No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel. En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable. El restaurante puede mejorar mucho. El personal, muy amable. ”

“The property was nice. Food was good. The main pool is nice but needs a lot of tiles replaced. Snack bar food needs improved, a lot of the food was room temp. There is no snorkeling in front of the resort,BUT go to the beach turn left walk about 10-12 min to the end of the beach and snorkel about 150 feet out and you'll find excellent snorkeling”

“The room was absolutely amazing over the water complete view the entire beach. They need a little plumbers tape on the showerhead. Other than that the room was amazing. The staff are so helpful so awesome. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome they were the entire trip. If you’re staying anywhere near West Bay and you want your own little slice of paradise, this is the perfect spot.”
