“Overall this property was great. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. “The villa was relatively new and had excellent amenities. The weather was not stellar during our week in TCI and the partially covered outdoor space allowed us to still spend time outdoors in the evenings, eating or playing cards. The rooms and living areas were spacious and well-furnished, but the outdoor space was the star with ample seating, a pool and chairs and toys to take to the beach. Having a beautiful private pool area at our front steps was very nice and access to Smith Reef was super easy to get to. Daily maid service was handy and Lutz was most kind. “Everything was perfect. We rented two jeeps as we were in the go golfing etc daily. Location is so close to Turtle cove that a car is not required if need to travel is limited. Staff was superb and responsive. Located 100 steps is so at the beach was as advertised, awesome. Accommodations were very nice, island blue colours prevail…30 minute beach walk to Somewhere cafe, 45 minutes to Bay Bistro by beach. Will be back! ”
