“Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge.”

“It was a great weekend in a magical place. Our favorite part was high tides - you can actually swim there - the water is warm unlike the ocean water. Highly recommend! The house has everything that you may need and our dog had everything provided as well!”

“Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. ”

“Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

“Property is beautiful, in a lovely setting, private but not too far from activities and great food. The house is maintained well and was perfectly clean, with a few maintenance issues which could be corrected quickly (bathroom doors that do not close and an extraordinarily squeaky upper floor.)”
