“We loved staying at this beautiful house in Harwich. The property was clean, cozy and felt just like home. There was a fenced in back yard which was perfect for our dog and kids. Very private and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We look forward to visiting again in the future!”

“Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again”

“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.”

“This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!”

We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower...

“The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
