“Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient.”

“The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. ”

“We stayed at this loft on a cross country trip. Dan was very responsive to any of our questions. The loft is conveniently located to restaurants. It has an industrial vibe and due to the high ceiling and windows was a little chilly but we had read the previous reviews and were prepared for this, but it was not bad at all. The bed was comfortable with good sheets. We used the 6th floor outdoor dog station which was nice as well. ”

“The host was very thorough in giving instructions for parking and check in and check out times. They also responded very quickly with any additional questions I had.It was the perfect spot to host our family Christmas gathering. We watched several movies and made popcorn and door dashed Fongs pizza. Great experience overall!”

“Location was right downtown. Easy access to highway and activities. The accommodations were not fancy, but adequate for my needs. Has a full kitchen. There was a coffee maker, but there were no coffee cups. There is a large closet, but no dresser for your personal items. The bed room is small, only enough room for the bed and night stand. Had a hot shower. Would stay again”

“The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was also good and the view was nice. We had not expected to be in a college dorm. As an older couple, this felt a little weird, but it was super quiet over the weekend, and we couldn't hear any street noise. “My partner and I stayed with our dogs at this adorable apartment. The apartment was cute, cozy and had comfortable furniture. The location was ideal for meeting up with our family and friends and loved the walk-abilty to restaurants and Hy-Vee/Starbucks. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The only downfall of the property would be that on Thanksgiving day the Turkey Trot placed a speaker right next to the building and it was loud. So no fault of the property!”
