“We loved everything about the property. Perfect for our family of 3 (and our dog). The property was clean and centrally located. Loved nice little touches through out the property that made it more cosy. The welcome pack of bread, cookies, tea and milk was a huge relief (and much welcomed) after a long drive. Overall, very memorable holiday and a great place to stay. Highly recommend.”

“Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!”

“Homestead was home from home for three weeks. Sheena is a wonderful host.The cottage was perfectly clean, is very well equipped with everything one might need. The goodies in the fridge were much appreciated!The location is close to the centre of Lyme, the beach and the restaurants. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The private charger made life really easy for us.”

“Very clean, excellent area, great hosts, lovely little hamper of welcome goodies. All facilities you would need for a short break. Only thing lacking was outdoor space but we were made aware of this and as it was a short break not a problem. Would definitely stay there again.”
