“The cottage was very rustic and charming. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing if you want to explore Chelsea or walk to the Nordic spa. Amazing coffee, and breakfast pastries were literally a two minute walk down the road. Thoughtful touches were added at it like small snacks in case guests were hungry upon arrival.”

“It was quiet and easy enough to travel into downtown by bus. However the photos portraying the B&B are misleading. Yes those are the rooms, but not how they look. The floors are sticky, it is very dusty and there is an accumulation of stuff that takes over. I don't usually want to give a bad review as it is someone's livelihood, but this is absolutely unacceptable as a B&B.”

Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely spot with River across the road. We had the whole house which fit 6 women comfortably. Parking was a bonus. ”

“The merchant grossly misrepresented the safety, cleanliness, and privacy of the property. I booked a 13-night stay for my employee. Upon arrival, the property presented severe health, safety, and privacy violations. My employee felt unsafe and checked out early after 3 nights. I immediately contacted the merchant to notify them of the emergency checkout, detailed the health/safety failures, and requested a refund for the remaining 10 unused nights.
