Lovely 6 sovrum, två badrum antika hem bra för sammankomster, och perfekt för två eller tre familjer. Rambling hem på vackert anlagda våning bostad. Huset rymmer upp till 14 med två trappor som leder till separata vingar Två vardagsrum med brett tall golv, 3 TV med kabel / 2 w / DVD, tegel uteplats, stort solrum. Helt nytt kök och nere badrum. Mindre än en mil till Belmont St. Beach på Nantucket Sound. Rymmer 4-5 bilar och alla unga barnhem. Det är luftiga och ljusa med gott om utrymme att sprida ut. Den har en stor, platt gård som är idealisk för små barn, Weber gasgrill och gott om uteservering för sommaren underhållande. Boytan är avslappnad och bekväm. Hemmet är utrustat med allt man kan önska för en Cape Cod semester. Gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger / pubar osv
Fastighet förvaltas med organisk fästing och myggkontroll.
Huset ligger i ett lugnt område och vi är omgivna av året runt husägare - vi tillgodoser familjer och människor som vill kyla. Vi hyr ut till 26 år och uppåt.
(Separat Barn på egendom som används av ägarna, har privat inträde och separat parkering.)

Our three generations (7 adults, 6 kids) had an amazing time at Steve and Maura’s delightful house. The Pleasant Road beach was just over a mile away and easily walkable by the adults and older kids. The beach was perfect - small waves and great for swimming. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The kids loved the toy room and sandbox area. We appreciated having a highchair for our toddler. It was great to have multiple living areas... the porch was really nice! Steve and Maura live next door but are not intrusive in any way. We had a couple of issues and they responded immediately. We would definitely come again!

Great place

We loved the house. It was perfect for us (8 adults and 3 kids). Plenty of room to spread out and great outdoor space. It is old but that gives it the charm. We had a perfect weather week in the high 70s during the day, 60s at night and low humidity so we hardly used the air conditioners at all, just opened the windows. The house has everything you need. Steve and his wife were very nice and very responsive to our few questions. We would definitely recommend it for a large multi family group. A perfect week on the Cape!

Great property! Great location!

It was our first time visiting Cape Cod and it was a great experience. Steve and Maura were quick to respond to any issues. Great communication with hosts, plenty of space for our large family. Beautiful home and location is close to beaches, restaurants and grocery.

Beautiful stay in West Harwhich

The property is exactly as described and pictures - A wonderfully renovated older cape home. A couple minute drive or 15 min walk to the beach which was key for the kids. We had 11 people - 5 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space! The indoor patio was like a second living room. The kids room and the sand pit was great for the kids and the outdoor patio area with grill was awesome for quick grilling and hanging out. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely a great value! Thank you Steve!

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was one of the best we've stayed at in the 25 years we've been going to the Cape. Great location, very pretty area and close to everything. Interesting and VERY well appointed home - it had everything you could need, even toys for the children, a sandbox, extra Graco, etc. Lots of room to spread out and bedrooms were a great size! I've never stayed in a house that had so many anemities for us!

Perfect multi-family home

We just spent a wonderful week at this property, with 3 families to include 6 adults & 5 kids under 10years of age. The house worked so well. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or find their own space. Great space for the kids to be together in either the sunroom or dedicated playroom. Outside area was really great too. This is one of the best supplied holiday homes I’ve stayed in. Literally everything you could want/need is there. Steve was so organized and attentive, he thinks of everything! Lots of recommendations and details about the area. Nice quiet neighborhood, and just 15 minutes walk to the closest beach. We all loved staying here and highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Wonderful old cottage. Outdoor space, outdoor shower (big plus), outdoor play area and toy room , two adjoining kitchens, and laundry. Beds for 3 couples and several singles or children. Short drive or bike to beautiful beaches with water temp and surf great for swimming and children. Very close to a river for kayaking or paddle boards. We had perfect weather and a wonderful family time.

Great weekend

Went to the Cape for a wedding and since COVID never has had the whole family together for 3 years. Found the Seawillow on line and it was all and more than shown. The location was great , the cleanliness and property was superb as well as communication with the owner. It was great to sit and have meals with our sons and family as one. Overall a 5+ rating

Cape escape

Had a fabulous time at Steve’s house. Place was great and has many amenities. The house is close to Mayflower beach (our favorite beach on cape) and has many rooms for 12 people to sleep comfortably. Walking trails, golf courses, nearby also. I would stay here again!!

Great Place To Stay!

My friends and I stayed here last week and it was just perfect!! The owners were so very nice and gave lots of suggestions and info for our trip. The house is very clean, roomy and comfortable. Roomy place in a quiet area

We had 10 people with us during our stay. The 2 bathrooms were more than adequate. The sleeping arrangement were as well. The house is gorgeous with the charm of an old cape house. Butler’s pantry with an additional sink and coffee station was on point and the extra space was useful for meal prep for 10. Plenty of dishes, seating, outdoor seating, grills and separate areas for people who wanted their own areas. Close enough to beaches, about a mile to the closest beach and 20 min to Mayflower beach. The washer and dryer were too small for anything more than incidentals, which was fine for us. We did our laundry at a place a couple blocks away. Everyone’s laundry for $20 and about an hour of our time, no problem there. Steve was great, the property was everything we thought it would be, would love to stay there again.

Great group outing

We came here with a group of 13 of us for a friends wedding. Steve was so helpful, he even sent us a detailed list of things to do/restaurants/bars/recommendations. It was very helpful and we went to several places on the list. Very close to the events we needed to attend. The house has 7 bedrooms, multiple beds and even 2 child sized beds. We had a great stay, and can't wait to come back up to visit the Cape!

Beautiful House and a Wonderful Stay

We arrived in mid-COVID for a one week stay from 15 hours away. The house was clean and comfortable and fit our 12 family members very well. Everyone had their own bed and slept well each night. We appreciated the air conditioning on day one (95 degrees) and the fans at night (cooler 60's). The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans of all types, and we loved the separate mini-kitchen, where we stored coffee and adult drinks. We had some minor questions during the stay and Steve was extremely responsive! The house is a nice 15 minute walk to Dennis and 20 minute walk (but 5 minute ride) to several beaches. The house was stocked with books, board games, and toys. No one complained of boredom during the visit (and that was with 3 kids under 8 and 3 teenagers). We LOVED the sand pit for our kids and the outdoor shower was much appreciated. Our entire family had a blast, and we would definitely return in the future!

Not huge but charming so well equipped house

We were 3 families with young children to spend the week-end at Steve’s house. We felt like at home. The house has lots of charm, it is very well maintained and comfortable. All bedrooms have light shutters (that was precious to avoid having the children waking up too early...) The house has toys for children, precious too! We had the chance to meet Maura, that was lovely too...! Recommending ++

Place is small but laid out well, and has everything you need. We were 8 adults and 4 small kids and managed fine. The converted front porch wasnt used much -- no AC there and west facing made it too hot. That said, we have no complaints and would recommend this rental to anyone!

We have been staying here for years and it never disappoints. In fact, it gets better every year and we are always looking forward to our stay. Lots of local things to do as well as great things with a short car ride. If you so choose, you can also take the fast ferry over to Nantucket. It is located 5 minutes from the house. Love love love!

SEAWILLOWS ~ VACATION HOME ~TIP TOP! Epic center on Cape Cod for your summer's wishes, nearby & away

This August is the 5th year OUR FAMILY has not only looked forward to spending 7 days at Seawillows on Cape Cod in West Harwich but as of today they all have now returned to their homes after another joyful, family, social and fun week.. I.E. the 6 families total 32 members whose age-range = 3 to 88 years. If we rent both the main-house and converted barn our contract limit = 18 overnights; If only the main-house, the limit = 14. Reservations works-out between the families themselves, then they up-date me (patriarch) with their reservations many weeks prior to our committed contract. The main-house is spacious (2 floors). The large kitchen provides a master refrigerator, a multi-burner gas stove, a central chopping block, a kitchen table. The pantry has a dishwasher and cabinets are in both kitchen & pantry. The Sunroom is most popular.. lengthy... so comfortable . Living room can be a quite reading or sleepy-day room . Out doors there is a grill, tables with umbrellas. My wife Jane would say "Be brief, be good, be gone"!!! No doubt my review has not been "brief" Nevertheless my words share belief. Len (patriarch) P.S. There are an infinite number of sites (beaches, golf, boating, restaurants, art museums, summer base-ball league, etcetera But I'm not the Chamber of Commerce, so PLEASE remember, "Be brief, be good, be gone" !!! Great location and perfect mix of farmhouse and beach house.

We loved staying here for our family vacation. The house was very roomy and came with every amenity you can think of. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for everyone. The yard is awesome for the kids to play and also to have a big family bbq (which we did often). We loved the farmhouse/ beach style of the house and it was very nostalgic of beach houses we stayed in as children. The owners were also incredibly helpful along the way. The location was great and many towns and beaches are easily accessible. Some shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Short drive to Mayflower beach, which was perfect for the kids, short drive to awesome towns Harwichport and Chatham. The kids also loved the bumper boats and go carts nearby. We even did a day trip to Provincetown and the National Seashore and the drive wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely visit Cape Cod again for a family vacation and we’d definitely stay in this house again.

Loved our stay in this welcoming antique home with many modern updates where 3 generations of family members spent a wonderful weekend together. It is centrally located where we needed to take only short trips to local attractions. With busy schedules, this lovely home and property was well equipped, relaxing, and enjoyable for all 13 of us! Movies, games, and the best stocked kitchen for preparing meals, was appreciated. I recommend this property for extended families, just a wonderful time.
