“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

“The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach.
