“The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...

“We arrived at the room and found that the bedding was stained and there was hair in the bedding. The floors had not been cleaned and we refused to stay there. The listing also lists a washer and dryer...there are no washer and dryer. We asked for a refund and owner refused.”
