“How this property is still on Hotels.com is beyond me. The owner is complete scum and is scamming everyone booking on their property. When you arrive, no one will answer. When you phone the provided number, they say that reception will open. There is no reception. They will then ignore all calls and emails. We will be opening a police case and suggest that other victims do too.”
