The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person ...

Hampton Inn Black Mountain
Very clean property and staff at front desk was friendly. Also nice to have coffee available at all times. Cookie was tasty in the afternoon!

complete tools from bath room to kitchen. just need to make sure clean the cooking equipment first some of them still have stain.
