“The house is kept in perfect condition and clean throughout. You’re out in the middle of nowhere next to the bike path and enjoy nature. Take a two minute drive down the road and you are back to civilization. The perfect spot to relax and unwind with family.”

“The place is in the perfect location and a 5-minute walk to everything in town (restaurants, coffee, stores, even multiple hiking/walking trails. The owners thought of everything from games, cards, speakers, books, extra blankets-pillows-towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, even the forgotten items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, razers, etc. The kitchen was nicely labeled ensuring you had everything one would need for cooking (included even spices, oils, coffee, tee, etc). “We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.”
