When we arrived the home was in great shape and was clean and had all things needed for our stay (including plenty of utensils and pots/pans/cooking utensils). We brought our dog and he had plenty of room to run around outside, as the backyard was a great size for him. Only nit pick was that the house was on a really busy street next to an intersection which had cars constantly coming and going, but other than that the neighborhood...
