"Great location, just a few minutes walk from Penn Station. Happy staff, very service minded. Restaurant and bar was renovated during out stay, so was closed. Otherwise looked very good. Big room, nice beds, great feeling overall. "

"Good place to stay for some period of time. Stayed in 14-bed room, but didn't have any inconveniences. The beds have curtains, so it's comfortable to sleep. Make sure you have sleeping mask and earplugs. Bathrooms are warm and clean. The staff is very friendly. There are also a lot of activities to socialize, if you want. Unfortunately didn't have time to participate. The location is good enough, near the 103rd station "1" trains. The area is also walkable."

"Got an upgrade during check-in, from Full Pod to a Queen Pod, which was a nice touch. The staff I was talking to was nice as well. The room was great in overall, even though its small size. For a solo traveler it was no problem at all. Not that noisy, neither from the outside nor from the hallway. Good air condition as well. The only downside was the cleanliness when I first entered it. The chair was covered in dust, the table and also the accessories on the table. The floor mat was covered in dirt and dust near the door, but looked okay in the other parts of the room. Also the door itself looked pretty filthy with stains. The bathroom was clean, however. The hotel's location is very good, with walking distance to the subway, Time Square, restaurants, bars and many other things. The area outside felt safe in daytime, but can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable at night - about 3-400 meter east from the hotel (some kind of construction work of that street) where some strange people are hanging out. "

"Bra läge om man inte vill vara precis mitt i centrum. Det är nära till tunnelbana, två minuters promenad. Det är också mycket nära till Central Park och Imagine - minnesmärket efter John Lennon. American Museum of Natural History ligger fem minuters promenad från hotellet och precis vid ovan nämnda park.
