“Property was clean and had good amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove). There is a nice kitchen area, but no real “living area” space. We used the 2nd bedroom to watch TV in the evening. Heating/cooling units were a little finicky but we eventually got the temperature where we wanted it. Biggest surprise was that the location is an extension on an existing house. “This is our third time. The carpet does need a deep cleaning and master bedroom sink needs replacement which Jack assured will be taken care of. The place does have a new stove and better pots and pans than previously. Our grandson loved the toys and made good use of the back yard.”
