“Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all.”

“The property was clean, pleasantly decorated and contained all the essentials we needed for a small family group. It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. Good location, near Fort Victoria and Colwell Bay and a short drive from the shops in Freshwater.”

“Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. “Had a really good 5 night stay at Tapnell. 5 adults and 2 grand children stayed in the cottage which was great. 2 of our group stayed in one of the Pods which they loved. The grand children loved the farm attractions - the animals, playgrounds etc. The adults enjoyed Padel, the 5k walk, along with some of the farm attractions including the pedal karts and crazy golf. “Fantastic Location, Helpful and kind Owner, Lovely cleaning ladies, Great cafe and staff next door. Tranquil and stress free break. Everything we needed.. Sofa not comfortable and not big enough to lie down on. But everything else totally adequate. Plenty of parking, Would recommend”
