This was by far the BEST house/location to stay in. I was absolutely floored when I saw all the beautiful hydrangeas and cute bunnies! It’s like I was living in a movie and I never wanted it to end! Although there is only one bathroom, the outdoor shower (lots of privacy) helped my group clean up quicker. I loved having the private beach access literally in our backyard. The rooms were very clean as well as bathrooms. The host was so easy to get in contact with. This location is great for a small family or friends wanting a quiet beach getaway.

Perfect little place!

My husband and I stayed here during a stop on our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water, and is very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was as described and the house was spotless, spacious, and comfy. The location can't be beat. It was easy to get a taste of all the cape has to offer with quick, easy drives. Definitely recommend!

Perfect holiday house. Excellent position within minutes of a beach and shops. Ceiling fans and AC throughout which was very useful in the heat. Small garden with furniture for outside use, quite delightful. Children will love to watch the squirrels and rabbits in the garden. All very well maintained.Beds very comfortable and facilities excellent. Masses of linen and towels. The open plan layout of the property very comfortable. Plenty of space and very comfortable settees. Liked the fly screen doors. Didn't meet owner Bob Thromblay but had plenty of email/text communications and he was very approachable. Would certainly recommend this holiday home for either three adults and two children or two adults and three children.

Perfect Location

House in very nice neighborhood. Clos to restaurants and shops. Convenient location to go to Brewster, Chatham and Eastham for Cape Cod Rail Trail and marsh kayaking.

Great location near Hyannis with plenty of restaurant options. House has all the amenities that you would need. Owners very accessible to answer questions (which was my issue). Definitely would stay again

Property was all we could have wanted. Location was excellent for exploring the Cape. Bob & Pattie were extremely helpful as we needed an extra night booked which was no issue to them.

Great Location

Property is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and mini golf locations. Easy drive to the ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching. Property manager was very communicative. Would stay here again.

Nicer than we expected

Although the photos on VRBO looked nice, the condo was much nicer than we expected. We loved the enclosed patio area and had most of our meals there. The neighborhood is delightful. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Awesome family vacay!

Great week in West Yarmouth! House was exactly as described, great location to several small neighborhood beaches including one right in front of the house. Owners are great to communicate with and have the house well-stocked. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect quiet getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautifully decorated clean and centrally located condo. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. We felt very welcome and safe. The property owners Bob and Patty were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during our entire stay. We would definitely definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Cape Home!

We have been coming to The Cape upwards of 40 years, and this was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed was available to us. I personally have never stayed in a home that had a comfortable bed, until now! We recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful environment

Great Relaxing Stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights and our grown son joined us for the weekend. The location is lovely to either sit on the patio or to be inside, looking out at the water and boats. Inside was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable! All the amenities you need. The owner was available by phone as well when we had a few questions.

Clean and

If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is homey, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. Easy walk to the water and close to all we wanted to do on the Cape. We asked the owners to to recommend a beach and they suggested Chapin which was gorgeous and free after 4:00 pm. Very helpful and nice owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A hidden jam

Wow. So happy to have found this cottage. It was a highlight of our trip. Tastefully decorated, clean. Everything is provided to feel you like at home. The pictures don't do a justice, it much better and more beautiful. Thank you
