“This true gem is close to 5-7 min from downtown Brookings. My spouse and I booked this great space for a long weekend. It’s beautiful, calm and quiet with a charming outdoor space to view the ocean from atop the hill. Lovely lighted patio with flowers to watch the sunset! Such a great space and well appointed. “Property very nice, wonderful views. Wish I had known it was upstairs. My husband and I are elderly and had a hard time with the stairs. Also no decent frying pan for eggs. One metal one that was not suitable for frying eggs. Also the toilet was so low we needed to use the window sill to pull ourselves up. A chair height toilet would have been nice. “Only downgraded it slightly because it was old and funny smelling, I think it made me cough. Otherwise, we loved it. My kid said it was his favorite place we've stayed so far. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking wasn't the best. A permit was needed for street parking and previous tenants had taken it. Fortunately, we weren’t impacted because of our schedule. The owners were very cooperative and told us we could park in their driveway.I would stay there again.”

“This was a sweet little escape not super far away from town. The only thing that I would suggest is asking that if you're visiting in colder months you request the heat be turned on prior to check in. It was freezing and took a few hours to heat up. Otherwise it was a great little place and most likely will visit there again.”

“I stayed at Sheena’s place for about 3 months while completing an internship for school. They stay was great! It was exactly as described and had everything that I needed for my time there. Since it is farther outside of town, the internet and service can be a bit tricky, but nothing that couldn’t be handled. She communicated very effectively and helped me with anything that I needed during my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for long or short term stay in St. Helen’s. ”
