“Wasn't expecting high-end furnishings but they shouldn't be dangerous to use. Broken chair, bathroom tiles, and ironing board were obvious and dangerous. The iron face was damaged and needed to be replaced before using. All of the electrical outlets were less accept one. The lamp wire was covered in electrical tape. Molded grout, dirty floors, and flaking popcorn ceiling over the stained tub were terrible. The tiny refrigerator sat on the floor with the rusted microwave directly sitting on top...

“Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year.”

“The hotel was nice & a good value, however, the security staff patrolling the parking garage treat hotel guests like criminals because they have a bad element in the area. I’m a very seasoned traveler and I’ve never been told I have a time limit at my vehicle and I should “go in the hotel or leave” Mind you, the security staff looked like homeless people with a reflective vest. If I was the hotel manager I would be more concerned about them than their guy”

“The check in process was quick and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, from reception through the hallways to the room. The breakfast provided was not just your standard continental breakfast but was an assortment of hot foods, including pancakes made on the spot, muffins, bagels, toast, fresh fruit salad, juices and coffee. I couldn't gave asked for better.”
