“The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5!”

“Beautifully decorated and very clean! We were visiting family that had rented a cabin on Putnam Lake. The 2 Cedars cabin was so much nicer than theirs. There isn't any wifi but that just meant we had to "unplug", which was probably a good thing!”

“This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!”

“The checkin process was easy and the place was very clean and accurate to listing. We were able to find everything that we needed easily. We had a great time in the kayaks and really enjoyed the outdoor shower (which was so great to not track sand and dirt everywhere!). Plenty of games to play and movies to watch. The kids each had their own areas and were very comfortable.”

“We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, and every game imaginable was available. Great back deck and a yard that's great for throwing a ball or a frisbee or anything else. Little beach space perfect for younger children and the kayaking on the lakes is great. Easy to get to and grocery nearby makes cooking for the group easy. Would recommend. ”

“We enjoyed a few days of extended family vacation. It was great to have three bedrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen and a deck with a grill that we used almost every day. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked without a hitch, specially as one of us were doing some remote work. Washer and dryer were a plus. Our daughter enjoyed kayaking. The lake is more to enjoy with toys than swimming, but it was ok to cool off. Sunsets are amazing! ”

“Very peaceful! We had a perfect stay and the weather was beautiful. Whether relaxing in the river or taking a drive it was a great location for either. You can get to a lot within 30 minutes. We took a day trip to Pentwater and Ludington to shop and take a ride on the Mac Woods Dune Rides. We also rented a raft at Hoxeyville Outfitters and floated the Pine River. Jones Ice Cream in Baldwin is also a must try especially the Mackinaw Island Fudge. I’d say the highlight was certainly relaxing on...

“Cozy home with plenty of space”

“Perfect vacation spot. The cottage has plenty of room for a large family, there are so many water activities available (kids never once said they were bored), and the view of the lake is beautiful. This was the first time our entire family vacationed together and it was the most relaxing, fun, chaotic time we have ever had. This was also our first time renting a place through Vrbo and our hosts were easy to communicate with, responded promptly and provided a detailed book of things to do in...
