“Im kind of bitter about my stay here. But can admit that on a good day when everything is working it would be good. We booked this place purely for the pool/hot tub/sauna. Right before the trip we were told via email that its all closed for renovations but to talk w staff about assistance. We asked the girl at the front desk if theres a room w a hot tub. She replied she doesnt know anything about the rooms. She let us know the bar would be open for about 20 more minutes - it was dark and closed...
