“Personalen var väldigt trevlig, behjälplig och informativ. I hotellrummet var handfatet placerat vid duschen och inte i samma rum som toaletten. Man behövde gå från toaletten, genom hela rummet, för att tvätta händerna i andra delen av rummet.
